Yoga... more coming soon
Grace Wells has been a lifelong practitioner of yoga, meditation and movement. Her yoga practice began in her twenties, when as a lone-parent, unable to get out of the house in the evenings, she learned yoga from Richard Hittleman's classic '28-day yoga plan'.
As her children grew up she was able to take different classes and receive tuition from a wide variety of amazing teachers. In 2014 Grace qualifed as an instructor with Contemporary Yoga, learning from her beloved teachers Marianne Gabriel and Charlie Stevens.
Her pracitce and teachings are informed by the brilliant work of movement therapists Gabrielle Roth, Lani O'Hanlon, and Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen, by meditation teachers Ram Dass and Tara Brach, and by the trauma specialists Peter Levine and Bessel van der Kolk.
